Services include:

• private classes by appointment (includes historical and cultural underpinnings of each art)

• customized self-defense workshops

• customized introductory talks, demonstrations, and workshops (30 minutes to 5 hours) for individuals, groups and corporations

• meditation instruction for individuals, groups or corporations

• weekend programs and retreats (2- 2 ½ days)
